Refund policy

Use the kit for 30 days. If a piece arrives broken or the box is missing something you need for daily home puja, write us through the contact page and we replace it or refund you.

Write through the contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number from the receipt. We replace a broken or missing piece, or refund the purchase, once we can see the issue.

Opened consumables (incense, camphor, powders) are refunded only when they arrived damaged or were the wrong item.
